**Happi Transportation and Delivery Membership Terms of Service**
Welcome to Happi Transportation and Delivery! These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you ("Member" or "you") and Happi Transportation and Delivery ("Happi", "we", or "us") regarding your membership with us. By signing up for Happi Transportation and Delivery services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Membership Enrollment:
- To become a Happi Transportation and Delivery member, you must sign up through our official channels and provide accurate and up-to -date information.
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
2. Membership Benefits:
- As a Happi member, you gain access to our transportation and delivery services at discounted rates.
3. Monthly Membership Fee:
- By enrolling as a Happi member, you agree to pay a monthly membership fee of $45 per month for a minimum contracted period of 6 months.
- The monthly fee will be automatically debited from the bank account you provided upon enrollment.
**4. Contracted Period:**
- The minimum contracted period for Happi membership is 6 months.
- During this period, you are obligated to pay the monthly membership fee.
**5. Early Cancellation:**
- If you choose to cancel your Happi membership before the end of the contracted period, you will be subject to an early cancellation fee.
- The early cancellation fee is $75 per month left on the contract at the time of cancellation.
- Upon cancellation, any remaining balance of the early cancellation fee will be deducted from your bank account.
**6. Termination by Happi:**
- Happi reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member violates any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
- In the event of termination by Happi, no refunds will be issued for any remaining portion of the contracted period.
**7. Changes to Terms:**
- Happi reserves the right to modify or amend these terms of service at any time.
- Members will be notified of any changes to the terms via email or through our website.
**8. Governing Law:**
- These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of .the State of Ohio
